For people running observatory, it'd be great to include observed users in the users-of command, alongside unobserved but still known users.
This might conflict with nex/observatory#2 - hashed targets would likely break both server-info and users-of. Sensebot might want to opt out of hashing entities for the sake of aggregate analytics.
